Here are @Benjamin Arnulf-Oracle 10 Tips for Better Dashboards (my key takeaway):
1.
Focus on the data to insight to decision: Dashboards should guide the viewer to make a specific decision, rather than simply displaying the maximum amount of data.2.
Consider a dashboard a blank canvas for your work of art: The way you present data is as crucial as the data itself. Aim to make data "pop" using various visualisations beyond just tables, such as heat maps or scatter plots showing outliers.
3.
Give your dashboard a title: Clearly state what the dashboard is about. For bonus points, include a description, a footer, or small descriptions for individual visualisations to add context.
4.
Include data visualisation context: Use descriptions, footers, headers, and logos to help the audience understand your data visualisation.5.
Ensure fast load speed: Dashboards should load very quickly, ideally close to a second, to prevent losing the audience's attention.6.
Keep maintenance in mind: Design dashboards that are easy to refresh daily, weekly, or monthly, ensuring the data remains current and meaningful.7.
Don't forget about logo and branding: Incorporate corporate colours, logos, and even pictures of key executives (if appropriate) to integrate the dashboard into your corporate theme.8.
KPI: Less is more: Best practice suggests limiting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to a maximum of four to six at the top of the dashboard, allowing users to drill down for more detail.9.
Don't forget about the footer: Include information like the data source and the author to provide a point of view to your data visualisation.10.
Filter your filter use: Limit the number of filters, ideally to just one or two unique ones, or embed filters directly within the visualisation itself. Thanks for sharing.@Patrick Goubet-Oracle

Hi Analytics Teams,
Thank for this webinar, its very interesting.
For next time, its possible to use HR data from HCM ? Content is missing in this area and we lack resources.

We will do our best to add an HCM/HR one in the serie for sure. We want to cover different pillars and industries.

@Benjamin Arnulf-Oracle - how about Manufacturing and Supply Chain? Inquiring for selfish reasons 😀

@Anna Pietrangelo I think it might be a good idea. @Jamie Anderson-Oracle might run a poll during the next webinar requesting the audience to vote for the next Data Visualization to optimize. Prepare to vote!
